1. Not work?

-- Please install 3x 1.5V AA non-rechargeable batteries, then cover it or tighten the screws. And then turn on the power switch on the top of piano speaker first, NOT PRESS "switch" button on the piano mat.

-- Before using the "switch" button on the piano mat, please make sure that the power switch on the top of the piano speaker is ON.

2. No manual? -- Each package with detailed instruction, please read before use.

3. Slippery? -- Advise put it on the carpet or ceramic tile floor and wear non-slip sock.

4. Volume not work? -- Advise press volume button to choose the suitable volume, if still have problem, please ask us for help.

Batteries Powered

Install 3 x 1.5V AA batteries(not included), then turn on the power switch button. Press the piano keys to make sounds.
