In the fall of 1902, US President Roosevelt hunt in the vicinity of the Mississippi River, but there was no gain. In order to comfort the president, the fellows tied a small black bear to the tree for the president to shoot, but President Roosevelt saw the little black bear was so cute and pitiful, he couldn’t bear to kill it, and he vowed to stop hunting the black bear again.
